These newsletters are a place to think out loud, linger with questions, and share reflections that don’t always fit elsewhere. They move between inner work and the wider world; drawing from ceremony, everyday life, cultural observation and things that refuse to be neatly resolved.

Sometimes they are quiet and reflective. Sometimes sharp, curious or slightly irreverent. They are not written to instruct or persuade, but to stay with what’s unfolding and invite others to do the same.
