6 month intensive

a sustained space for inner work,

practice and integration

Some processes don’t unfold in a weekend.
They ask for time, continuity and a space to return to.

The 6-Month Intensive at Alkhemi is for people who feel that something deeper wants attention. Not as a quick breakthrough, but as an ongoing practice. This is not about collecting insights or chasing peak experiences. It is about staying with what opens, and learning how to live with it over time.

Why a longer trajectory

In much contemporary inner work, experiences are intense but brief. They may offer insight, relief or clarity, yet often leave people wondering how to carry that understanding into daily life.

Lasting change rarely happens through single moments.
t happens through repetition, reflection and integration — through returning again and again to what matters.

This six-month trajectory exists for exactly that reason:
to offer continuity, containment and enough time for real movement to take place.

For those who feel the need for a longer arc, we offer a six-month intensive process. This trajectory includes:
– two guided ceremonies
– individual integration sessions
– individual shiatsu treatments
– ongoing guidance between moments

Together, these elements support sustained integration of mind, body and spirit over time.

The problem our work responds to

Much contemporary inner work is fragmented.
Experiences are powerful but brief.
Practices are meaningful but isolated.

What opens in one moment is rarely carried into the next. Not because people lack commitment,
but because there is little space designed for continuity.

Without time, rhythm and relationship, insight remains insight. And to make actual changes in your life, you need time and commitment.

What this intensive is… and what it is not

This trajectory is:

a held process combining ceremony, integration and one-on-one support
grounded, relational and paced
attentive to real life: work, relationships, family, rhythm
focused on translating awareness into lived choices

This trajectory is not:

a quick fix
a self-optimisation program
a promise of constant clarity or ease
a substitute for medical or clinical treatment
