A SIX MONTH INTENSIVE PROCESS OF CEREMONY, INTEGRATION AND EMBODIED WORK
A held process of preparation, ceremony and integration
This six-month intensive is for people who sense that single experiences are no longer enough. For those who have gained insight, yet notice that patterns return, the body holds on, or daily life does not quite shift along.
Rather than offering isolated moments, this process creates continuity. Ceremony, integration sessions and shiatsu bodywork are woven into one held trajectory in which mind, body and spirit are addressed together. The focus is not on intensity, but on integration and embodiment over time.
At Alkhemi, inner work is never reduced to a standalone event. Depth asks for rhythm, repetition and care. Over six months, experiences are given space to open, settle and be revisited, allowing change to become lived rather than conceptual.
This is not a programme to consume or complete. It is a guided process for people who are willing to engage honestly with themselves and take responsibility for how the work unfolds in their daily lives.
The work honours the traditions from which plant medicines originate, while consciously avoiding the appropriation of rituals that are not our own. Practices are shaped with clarity, humility and respect for what can be held authentically within this context.
Why six months
Lasting change rarely happens in a single moment. Insight needs time to land in the nervous system, the body and everyday life.
A six-month timeframe allows:
– insights to move from understanding into embodiment
– the nervous system to open and stabilise gradually
– patterns to be met more than once
– daily life — relationships, work, boundaries — to become part of the work
This duration supports depth without overwhelm and integration without pressure.
What the process includes
Intake & alignment
The process begins with an intake and conversation. This is a mutual exploration to determine whether this trajectory is appropriate at this moment. Not everyone is automatically accepted.
Ceremony
Two guided ceremonies take place during the trajectory. Each ceremony is approached as part of a wider arc, with preparation beforehand and integration afterwards. While ceremonies are also offered separately, within this process they function as anchor points rather than standalone experiences.
Integration sessions
Individual integration sessions support reflection, embodiment and translation into daily life. These sessions focus on how insights show up in behaviour, relationships and choices.
Shiatsu bodywork
Individual shiatsu treatments support somatic integration and nervous system regulation, allowing experiences to settle physically as well as mentally.
Rhythm of the six-month process
• August — intake and assignments for preparation.
• September — will be held on Friday September 18.
• Oktober — integration sessions and shiatsu
• November — second ceremony. Ceremony will be held on Friday November 20.
• December — integration and stabilisation through coaching and shiatsu
This rhythm allows the work to unfold steadily, without rushing or fragmentation.
